About
The Hat Game is a game of magical Russian roulette, there are 9 hats and dozens of magic tricks. Players take turns in picking up hats and revealing what magic tricks lay underneath.
Players have to perform the magic tricks upon reveal, these will throw twists into the game as they require players to shuffle around the hats or force other players to look under hats of their choice.
If any player chooses the hat with the bomb underneath it, they EXPLODE!
Prototype
3D PRINTED
We model and 3D print our prototype in house with our own equipment and toolset. Our self made 3D printer can print objects over a meter wide, 60cm tall and 40cm deep.
Constant iteration
We have iterated our 3D models to fit the game vigorously, each piece is designed for purpose.
ALMOST PACKED
AND READY TO GO
We still have a few kinks to sort out and we're working on a pocket version but the game is very playable.
Playtesting
We've been play testing this game as much as we can since October 2020.
And people have been loving it.
